Dudek & Bock is a leading manufacturer of custom springs, wireforms, light metal stampings and assemblies. We are committed to the success of our customers. Our commitment began when Dudek & Bock was founded in 1946 with just two four-slides, and continues today throughout our facility with hundreds of production machines. Our Chicago plant is one of the largest spring and wireform manufacturers under one roof. Our Saltillo, Coahuila plant serves the ever increasing number of manufacturers in Mexico.

Our reputation for quality, on-time production has earned Dudek & Bock respect from the industries we serve. Many of our long-term customers are Fortune 500 companies requiring quantities over 50,000 pieces per day.

More important than our capacity is our capabilities. We have access to most gauge sizes of basic wire, music wire, HDMB, OTMB, Chrome Silicon, Stainless Steel Type 430, Beryllium Copper and Phosphor Bronze. We manufacture quality in with Statistical Process Control, using spring force testers, charting and certification. You can be sure that parts we supply will always meet your standards and specifications. We are ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.

We have the ability to design and build production machines to suit the special needs of our customers. This in-house capability allows Dudek & Bock to create machines to fabricate parts such as double torsion springs that cannot be fabricated on standard coilers or four-slides. Our tooling is done in-house by tool and die makers who are also experts at making spring and wireform prototypes.
