April 22-28: All employees will be paid base wage or salary during the 5-day plant shutdown. If you requested time off for this period using vacation days or sick days, you can save the vacation or sick days to use later.
Starting from April 29: The plant is open. Employees who come to the plant to work will be paid a $25 per day appreciation bonus under code CVB on your pay statement. Again, make your own decision whether to come to work or not. Call in if you decide not to come to work, and tell your supervisor whether you plan to use sick days or vacation days.
May 1: Check your bank account to make sure the direct deposit works properly.

We are doing our best, but please be patient if you think there is an error on your pay statement. There are now so many codes for the various types of federal relief pay, and it is rather complicated.
If you think you were underpaid, please contact HR at nhopkins@dudek-bock.com.
As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, it may be difficult for us to get pay statements to you in a timely manner. Fortunately, ADP has a phone app that will allow you to see your pay information as soon as it is delivered to your bank.

If you are unable to work (or telework) for reasons due to a COVID-19 circumstance relating to lack of child care, you can request an FMLA leave and be paid at 2/3 your regular rate of pay, up to a maximum of $200 per day. Emergency FMLA is only available for use from April 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, and only for a qualifying reason occurring during that period. FMLA is available for 12 weeks, with a two-week waiting period before you would be paid; however, the federal emergency sick days can be used for the waiting period.
For questions about Emergency FMLA, please contact Human Resources at nhopkins@dudek-bock.com. A form to request leave can be downloaded here:
