Eligible applicants may receive scholarship awards ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, which can be used for a wide range of education-related expenses at accredited colleges, universities, technical, trade, or graduate schools. Scholarship Highlights:

Dudek & Bock employee John Stoever passed away on February 12, 2026. John joined the company in March of 2025 and was a Toolmaker in our Tool Room.
A Memorial Visitation will be held in John’s honor on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at The DuPage Funeral Chapel, 951 W. Washington St. West Chicago, Illinois, 60185 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Great news! We will be offering free EV charging for your vehicle in our back parking lot! This is made possible by a grant from ComEd, thanks to the work of Kathy Dudek prior to her retirement. Gas is expensive, so if you drive an electric vehicle, you can plug in while you work — on us!
Charging stations will be located against the north wall. Please unplug and move your car once it’s fully charged, so others can also take advantage of free charging.

Today we celebrate Kathleen Dudek’s retirement from Dudek & Bock after over 13 years of service to the company. Kathy is the last of the second generation of the Dudek family to work at the company, continuing the legacy of her father-in-law, Joseph Dudek, who started the business in 1946.
Kathy started her career at Dudek & Bock after her youngest child was almost grown. The SMI’s Springs Magazine recently published an article about Kathleen. She is passionate about supporting and developing the company’s workforce, both fostering the talent of current employees and recruiting new talent.
We are pleased to welcome Ed Sieracki to the Dudek & Bock family as our new Chief Operating Officer, effective January 19, 2026.
Ed brings many years of sales leadership and general management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building high-performing teams. In his role as COO, Ed will be responsible for leading our Sales, Account Management, and Engineering teams, working closely with leadership to support Dudek & Bock’s continued growth strategy and commitment to excellence.
