Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19

We have been informed that an employee has tested positive for COVID-19. This employee works on the second shift in the Punch Press Department. He feels fine and has no symptoms. November 2 was the last time he worked in the plant. Per company policy, he will not return to work until he has tested negative.

This employee has been vigilant on wearing a mask and social distancing. He is one of the best at constant mask use, washing/disinfecting, and social distancing. If you believe you have been in close contact with this employee in past 14 days, please alert HR or your supervisor with specifics of your exposure immediately.

We will treat information regarding the identity of employees with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 as confidential to the extent practicable and will comply with applicable laws regarding the handling of such information. Update to Dudek & Bock COVID-19 Policy

Employees who participate in an indoor gathering, with people other than immediate household members, should stay home from work for 5 days to self-quarantine and then obtain a negative Covid-19 test before returning to work.

Indoor gatherings are defined as weddings, birthday parties, funerals, baby showers, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas parties, etc.

Employee Tests Positive on 9/24

We have been informed that a D&B employee has tested positive for COVID-19. Per company policy, this employee has not come to work today, and will not come to work until she has tested negative. This employee works on 2nd Shift in the Load Test Room. This employee’s husband tested positive earlier this week, and our employee has been off work for the past three days. Co-workers have been notified and will be tested before returning to work.

If you believe you have been in close contact with the the Load Test Department (2nd Shift) in past 14 days, please alert HR or your supervisor with specifics of your exposure immediately.

We have been informed that a D&B employee has tested positive for COVID-19. Per company policy, this employee has not come to work today, and will not come to work until he has tested negative. This employee works in Auto/Brake Spring. September 11 was the last day this employee was in the factory.

In the plant, this employee had limited contact with other employees. He can return to work with a negative test result and 14-day quarantine. If you believe you have been in close contact with the Auto/Brake Spring department in past 14 days, please alert HR or your supervisor with specifics of your exposure immediately.
