There is a cost to the company to have ADP print paper statements. Now that everyone is on direct deposit, we would like you to receive pay statements via the ADP Mobile app.
If you have not yet signed up for the mobile app please do so by downloading the app to your smart phone. To sign up, follow the prompts on the screen. You will need your social security number and your name as it appears on your check to set up the account. You are NOT giving ADP your social security number. They already have it. If you are using a WiFi connection at home, it is safe.
If you already have the mobile app: Go to Dashboard>Myself>Pay. Under Additional Benefits>Go Paperless and sign up to receive your statements through the app. Help us save money and trees.

We have been informed that a D&B employee has tested positive for COVID-19. Per company policy, this employee has not come to work today, and will not come to work until she has tested negative. This employee works 2nd shift as a machine attendant in Automatic & Finishing. Thursday, August 13, was the last time she worked in the plant. We wish her a speedy recovery.
In the plant, this employee had limited contact with other employees, and no known close contacts at work within the past 10 days. She will return to work after a negative test result and 14-day quarantine.
We also want to take this opportunity to remind you that one of our core values as a company is respect for and among our employees. We will treat information regarding the identity of employees with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 as confidential to the extent practicable and will comply with applicable laws regarding the handling of such information. Further, per Company policy, we will not tolerate harassment of, or discrimination or retaliation against, employees.

People traveling from the following states, including Chicago residents returning from these states, are told to quarantine for 14 days upon returning to Chicago:
Alabama
Arkansas
Arizona
California
Florida
Georgia
Idaho
Louisiana
Mississippi
North Carolina
Nevada
South Carolina
Tennessee
Texas
Utah
The emergency health order was issued by Dr. Allison Arwady, Commissioner for the Chicago Department of Public Health, last Thursday (July 2), and took effect at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, July 6.
Similar orders have been placed statewide in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for travelers from states with coronavirus surges. Illinois has not issued such an order on a statewide basis, and Gov. JB Pritzker’s office said it does not currently intend to do so.
The penalty for violation will be fines of $100-$500 per day, up to $7,000. The only exceptions to the order will be permitted for travel for medical care and parental shared custody. Business travel to Chicago for essential workers is also exempt. The quarantine will not apply to people just passing through Chicago, like those catching a connecting flight or just driving through the city.

The Chicago Fair Workweek Ordinance takes effect on July 1. Employers are required to provide a notice describing the ordinance to their employees. Dudek & Bock is providing the notice electronically, as well as posting the notice in the plant.
