Some of our most valuable employees have been referred to Dudek & Bock by a friend or relative. We are now interested in hiring for the following positions: Machine Attendant, Material Handler, Set-up, Tool & Die Maker, and Maintenance Electrician. The company will pay a $400 referral fee to an employee who refers a potential candidate, and that candidate is hired and stays with the company for six months. Current employees are of course welcome to bid on the positions through the union process, but we are also asking if you know of qualified candidates who might be interested in working at Dudek & Bock.
