Union members are eligible to get the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine through an event hosted by the Chicago Federation of Labor. Appointments are April 15, 16, and 18. To register, visit chicagolabor.org/vaccine.
- Click on appointments and select the date
- Click on orange “Select a time” button
- Enter the access code for the event: CSJB1830
- Enter your name as both the Contact and Registration1
You will need to provide proof of union membership. No children will be allowed at the vaccination site.
